Now a licensed real estate agent and State-Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Katie also manages a portfolio of rental properties alongside her husband, giving her a well-rounded perspective on homeownership, property value, and real estate investment.

Licensed as an agent in July 2026, Katie brings an appraiser’s eye and a thoughtful, client-focused approach to the buying and selling process. Outside of real estate, Katie’s favorite place to be is with her family. She and her husband, have two amazing children, along with two sweet dogs, Gus and Bonnie. She enjoys gardening, baking, cooking wholesome meals with local ingredients and food from her own garden, reading, watching her son play sports, thrifting with her daughter, and volunteering at her kids’ school. When it’s time to get away, you can find her dreaming of Hawaii, where any island will do.
